This week Cognitive Behavioural group provides an opportunity to work alongside others with similar experiences to learn practical strategies that can help you cope and manage negative thoughts and feelings, including: relaxation, exercise, nutrition, and strategies around a deeper understanding of how to change our thought patterns. The Kalm Kidz program is a 6 week program for youth ages 10 - 12 to understand anxiety and how it affects them. The Kalm Kidz program provides a safe, fun and comfortable environment to gain practical tips and tools to manage anxiety.
