Cognitive Behaviour Therapy: Insomnia (Virtual)

Overview

Utilizing the CBT Therapy approach to insomnia, this 5 session virtual program will provide participants scientifically proven strategies to improve sleep. 

This 5 week virtual program will be offered through the Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN)
