An adult ladies' program that focuses on health promotion, fun, and recreational topics.

Have you recently been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes? In this class, we will discuss the basics and provide tools to help you self-manage diabetes. Learn more about how to lower blood sugar with physical activity, healthy eating, and medications. 

Join our Living Well Support Group to meet others living with diabetes, pre-diabetes, or at-risk of developing diabetes and to learn about and discuss helpful strategies for nutrition, physical activity and wellness. This hybrid group meets virtually and in-person at 11am-12pm.  To participate in-person, please check-in at the Diabetes Education Program front desk located on the 2nd floor at Langs (1145 Concession Road in Cambridge). A referral to Waterloo Region Community Diabetes Program required.

The YWH Makerspace is open!  Tuesdays and Fridays from 2-4pm, drop in and create something new!
