Langs offers free transportation to the satellite Cambridge Self-Help Food Bank in Preston every 2nd Thursday from their main site on Concession Rd. Note: Advance registration is required with the Food Bank to access their services and ID will be required upon arrival at their site. Our foot care specialist can treat foot ulcers, corns, calluses and problems with toe nails to people with diabetes without 3rd party insurance coverage.
A 6-week group currently offered at the Youth Wellness Hub during nutrition breaks for students at St. Michael CES and Coronation PS. This group helps students learn tools for developing and maintaining friendships while managing challenges. Topics include: teambuilding, healthy relationships, making friends, frenemies, and conflict resolution.
